ZUMBA GOLD IS HERE!!!
14TH OF Feb 2010 I went to Sydney for my Zumba Gold accreditation workshop. Zumba Gold is Zumba for the older active adult - or the absolute beginners! There have been a lot of people approach me about wanting to do Zumba but thinking it will be too fast for them. I am now running Zumba Gold classes in Innisfail - Saturday mornings at PCYC 10:30.
